|Tier VII (7)|
The flash suppressor has little effect in improving the gun's control, which is a critical factor when it comes to automatic shotguns. Players are better off with the muzzle brake which helps stabilize the gun while firing. The silencer/suppressor gives additional control and eliminates muzzle flash, but decreases damage.
The laser, as always, comes in handy.
For barrel lengths, it is recommended that you leave it at medium. Shorter length = faster fire rate BUT lower damage. Longer length = more damage and control BUT slower fire rate. Shortening the barrel makes the gun less effective against enemies with more armor (assault class) and gives the gun a lower damage stat than your lowest tier shotgun. Lengthening the barrel reduces the fire rate. (Let's be honest. You bought this shotgun for the fire rate anyway.)
An open, 1x scope is recommended.
Grip doesn't hurt either.
This is hands down one of the best Close Quarters Combat weapons. The decent damage and spread combined with the sheer rate of fire means in a 1v1 or even 1v2 situation, you will almost always come out on top. Just be aware of your ammo count. In the middle of a fight, you may find yourself needing to reload. I suggest bringing a good sidearm. If you are quick on the draw, you can quickly finish off wounded opponents. This is also an excellent weapon for defending corners. Be aware that the damage falls off severely in mid to long range firefights. As such, it is advisable to control the distance of your engagements.
Only Add Short barrel and Muzzle brake will give you a better M3A1 C ARC better, Damage and accuracy is better than M3A1 C ARC but M3A1-H Modmaster only lose on control.
M3A1 C ARC Control : 44
M3A1-H Modmaster control : 40
