The PP-19 Bizon ("Bison") is a 9mm submachine gun developed in the early 1990s at Izhmash by a team of engineers headed by Victor Kalashnikov (son of famed AK-47 designer Mikhail Kalashnikov). Alexi Dragunov, youngest son of Evgeny Dragunov (responsible for the SVD sniper rifle), was also a member of the design team.

The type of PP-19 featured in the game is the PP-19 Bizon 3 variant built to chamber high-impulse 9x19 munitions, as referenced by the weapon's magazine size and rate of fire.

Notes:

  • The magazine is loaded/attached on the bottom of the weapon and cannot mount a forgrip.
  • Features a +5 bonus to Critials.
  • PP-19-H SP BKG is a unique Tier X (10) weapon which was released in the Black Guard weapons pack.
